Terms of service

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made online through the official reservation system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Minimum booking duration is 3 hours.

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans can change — please refer to our flexible policy below:

  • 48 hours notice: Full refund

  • 24 hours notice: 50% refund

  • No-shows: No refund

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may lead to temporary suspension of booking privileges.

3. Studio Use

  • Users must complete an equipment orientation before operating industrial machines.

  • The Atelier Room is a shared space — please respect others’ bookings, time, and work areas.

  • No food or beverages are allowed near sewing or cutting stations.

  • Music, conversations, and phone calls must be kept at a respectful volume.

4. Safety & Liability

By booking the space, you agree to:

  • Follow all provided safety and equipment guidelines.

  • Acknowledge the inherent risks of sewing, cutting, and using industrial machinery.

  • Release Zoba Martin, The Atelier Room, and staff from liability for injury, damage, or loss of personal property.

5. Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Users are responsible for cleaning their work area before leaving.

  • All scraps, fabric, and materials must be disposed of in the provided bins.

  • Please sweep your area and return tools to their designated spots.

  • Items left behind will be held for one week, then discarded.

6. Studio Access

  • Access codes are private and must not be shared.

  • Only approved users are permitted inside the studio.

  • Users must sign in/out upon entry and exit for safety tracking.

If you’re the last person in the studio:

  • Turn off machines, irons, and lights.

  • Lock the door securely.

7. Membership Terms

  • Memberships (monthly or annual) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Annual members enjoy discounted rates.

  • Membership benefits apply only to the registered user.

8. Insurance

The Atelier Room maintains general business insurance but does not insure personal property.
Designers and professionals are encouraged to have their own business or liability insurance.

9. Media & Privacy

  • The Atelier Room may photograph or film within the studio for community promotion.

  • You may opt out of being photographed at any time.

  • We will never share your personal data without your consent.

10. Agreement

By booking or using the studio, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
